Manage the rental of flats and rooms without spreadsheets.
UniRent keeps tenants, instalments, payments, receipts, bills and faults in order. For landlords and for people who rent, on the web and on the phone.
Everything you need to rent out
Whole flats or single rooms, to students and workers: everything in its place.
Flats and rooms
Single or double rooms, size, furnishing, price. See at a glance how many are rented, booked or vacant.
Contracts and instalments
Enter the tenant and the duration: the instalment schedule is created for you, with the status of each one — paid, due, overdue.
PDF receipts
Record the payment and the receipt is ready, with your signature. Send it to the tenant and see when they opened it.
Split bills
Upload the bill with amount and period: it is split among the tenants living there, condominium fees included.
Faults
Tenants report faults from their phone; you take them in charge, record the cost and find it in your accounts.
Accounts and reports
Income, expenses, taxes and profit per property. Reports by period in PDF, Excel and CSV.

Frequently asked questions
More answers in the guide.
Does UniRent also work for a flat rented as a whole?
Yes: choose “Whole apartment” and enter the total rent. Bills are split among the tenants on the contract.
Can tenants see other tenants’ data?
No. Each tenant sees only their own payments, their own receipts and the bills they pay a share of. Access rules are enforced by the database, not just by the app.
Can I manage properties together with someone else?
Yes: from the property’s “Access” section you invite a co-owner or an agency, with edit or read-only permission.
Which devices can I use?
Your browser, on computer and phone, and the apps for iPhone and Android. The same data is available everywhere.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Details are in the privacy policy.
